Sterling Temple has been instructed by Pearl & Coutts to carry out a full building measured survey of Portland House. Our surveyor attended site at 09:00 on Wednesday 12 August 2026 under access arranged by Lois Bonham, covering the areas where access was confirmed; any unit not accessed on the day (the second floor was unconfirmed) will be measured on a single return visit by arrangement.

The deliverable is an Area Measurement report for the whole building — 3D laser scan capture, illustrated floor plans and a schedule of areas, measured in accordance with RICS guidelines and reported in m².

Sterling Temple surveys using a GeoSLAM Zeb Revo RT handheld SLAM scanner, capturing a registered point cloud of the whole building. The point cloud is processed and drawn up as illustrated floor plans for the Area Measurement report.
